FREE In-person Consultation

We schedule a free in-person consultation at the property you wish to freshen. Depending on the size and scope of the project, this free consultation takes 1-2 hours. We walk through your space with you room by room and listen to your goals and hopes for each particular area, discussing ideas along the way. The consult ensures that we adequately understand the needs of our clients.

Project Proposal/Contract

AtoZita sends a project proposal/contract to confirm the scope of the project, specific tasks, recommended phases (when appropriate), estimated number of hours for completion, and hourly rate or project rate. Please note that our insurance company requires a contract, (which we call “the project proposal”); the contract is straightforward, and indemnifies both the client and AtoZita.

Contract Signing

YOU sign the contract and return to AtoZita via email. In order to reserve time on the AtoZita schedule, a deposit is required; the deposit amount will be stated in the project proposal and equals 4 hours of work. The deposit is credited toward the client’s invoice.

THE FUN BEGINS!!!!!

We schedule our first organizing session and begin to make your home the haven you crave!!! AtoZita continues to work with you for as many sessions as needed until we’ve achieved your goals and until you relove your home/space.
